- Your questionnaire responses are kept confidential according to the policies of the University of California, San Francisco's Committee on Human Research (www.research.ucsf.edu/chr/). These policies ensure that ONLY researchers directly involved with this registry will have access to any personally identifiable information. We will NOT share your contact information or responses with other third parties without your permission.
